Accidents caused by using official products supplied by GOMS
Refunds/exchanges will be processed according to the following rules for defective films.

      1. Hard coating peeling and scratching
          : When the coating on the H/C surface is peeled off or

            scratched during construction  work using a spatula
      2. Foreign matter (bubbles/stains/etc.)
          : According to the regulations on foreign substances, foreign substances of 0.3 mm or

            more must be placed within an area of ​​2.5 cm in width * 2.5 cm in height.
            If there are 3 or more (foreign substances introduced during construction are not included)
      3. Line / un even color
          : When the stripe pattern occurs horizontally or vertically.
          : In case of deviation of more than 10% of VLT.
      4. Poor adhesion
          : In case that it was installed using a normal construction tool,

            but it was detached without being adhered to the glass window.
       5. Bad leveling
         : When a flickering state is recognized in the film state
       6. Defective release film
          : When the release film is difficult to peel off
          : When a stop mark occurs when peeling the release film. (crackling)
       7. Spec Over
          : In case of less than 10% of product specification. (designated meter)
